In order to best serve our stylists, we ask that you bring cash for gratuities/tips. You may also use Venmo, Paypal, Zelle, or Debit Cashback if you would prefer to use your card. Additionally, we have an ATM for your convenience.
CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICIES:
We kindly ask that you give us 24 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Cancellations and “no shows” result in gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill with short notice. Your courtesy in notifying us ahead of time allows us to schedule other guests and creates a greater availability of slots for you and our other guests.
Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service fee
No shows will be charged 100% of the services booked
If you will be 15 or more minutes late, we ask that you please call and check with us if we are still able to take you or need to reschedule. We ask this to be considerate of the scheduling commitments of both our stylists and other guests.
