We ask for your patience with our responses as HT Salon operates
without the use of a Front Desk Receptionist. Please expect a delay in response for
inquiries made over the weekend or outside of regular salon operating hours.

CANCELLATION/NO-SHOW POLICIES:

To cancel or reschedule your appointment please call (301) 215-1203. If we are closed, please leave a voicemail.

We kindly ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice if you are unable to make it to your appointment. Cancellations and “no shows” result in gaps in our schedule that are difficult to fill with short notice. Your courtesy in notifying us ahead of time allows us to schedule other guests and creates greater availability of slots for you and our other guests.

  • Late cancellations (less than 48-25 hours from appointment) will be charged 50% of the service fee 

  • Appointments cancelled within 24 hours (same day cancellations/no shows) will be charged 100% of the services booked 

 

LATE ARRIVALS:

If you will be 15 or more minutes late, we ask that you call and check with us if we are still able to take you or need to reschedule. We ask this to be considerate of the scheduling commitments of both our stylists and other guests.

 

If you have any questions regarding our policies, please communicate them before committing to an appointment. 
 

TIPPING GUIDE
In order to best serve our stylists and assistants, we ask that you bring cash or use Venmo for gratuities/tips. 

Stylists/Estheticians: 15%-25% of the bill

Assistants: $5 - $25
